Bench press and Incredible Hulk WOD
A) Barbell bench press
UP to 3 RM
B) 20 minutes AMRAP
     5 Deadlifts
     5 Power Cleans
     5 Front Squats
     5 Push Press
     5 Back Squats
C) My lower back was in pain after that so I did
    4 x 25 sec Back extension hold
    4 x 25 rep Seated rows .. Felt musch better
